Terms of Service

Big Four Conquest · last updated 13 October 2026
Short version: play fair, be decent to other players, don't cheat or tamper with the game. Cosmetic items you buy are yours to use in the game for as long as it runs; they have no cash value. Google Play handles payments and refunds. Irish law applies, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Big Four Conquest (“the game”) is made by Richard Dagami (“we”), Cork, Ireland. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account or playing online you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to play, and ask whoever pays before buying anything.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google Play Games. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts or characters. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account (see the privacy policy for the 14-day grace period).

4. Fair play

You must not:

If you break these rules we may remove progress gained unfairly, rename a character, or suspend or close the account. For serious or repeated breaches we may do so without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll review it.

5. Purchases and in-game items

6. The game can change

We keep improving the game: we may change, balance, add or remove features, items and content. If we ever shut the game down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the game and on this website. Paid cosmetics can't be used after shutdown.

7. Content and ownership

The game, its code, art, text and music belong to us or our licensors (see Credits in the game). All firms, clients, people and cases in the game are fictional. Character names and chat you create must follow section 4; we may remove them if they don't.

8. Liability

We provide the game “as is” and do our best to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and, for important changes, tell you in the game before they apply. If you don't agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
